Details: myBIMteam was hired to gather accurate measurements of the historic Building 311 in Watertown, MA. This remarkable structure, built in 1917 during World War I, boasts high ceilings, tall windows, and a flood of natural light. With the help of the NavVis VLX mobile scanner and Trimble X7 Tripod, we efficiently captured 55,000 square feet of interior space in just three hours. The Point Cloud and Virtual Walkthrough, comprising 155 panorama images, were delivered to our client, Erland Construction, Inc.
