Can I tag multiple Revit elements with one tag?

Prior to Revit 2022, there was no option to tag multiple Revit elements with a single tag.   For example, if you wanted to use one wall tag to identify multiple walls as shown in the image below, you had to fake it by tagging one item, and then add a fake leader to mark the other item.

With Revit 2022 there is a new option to “Add / Remove Host”.

Add/Remove Host” option on the ribbon to select additional elements.  As you select the elements additional leaders will be added.

There is also another related option to track and display the quantity of elements tagged.  You’ll need to modify the tag family.  Check that out here, it starts at at timestamp 1:25.
