When you join, we’ll go through an initial Orientation to understand your immediate needs and we’ll assign our Team based on your needs.

Remote services allow us to be more Responsive. Remotely we can serve more than one client per day and be available for all our clients every day of the week.
Remote services help to keep costs down. Clients do not need to provide us with a desk, computer, or software licenses. We also avoid travel time and expenses.
Remote services also allow us to employ the best talent from across the country and serve your staff wherever they are located.
Yes! We offer on-site services. Zoom is great, but you just can’t beat face to face. For clients in our local service area, with memberships of 35-hours per month or more, we can provide one half-day visit per month on-site as part of the membership. Memberships with 70-hours per month or more include up to 2 half-day visits per month. On-site visits beyond can be requested as needed and will be charged for 1 hour travel time with each visit. For clients not located near our staff, we are glad to visit. We will simply charge for travel time and travel-related expenses in addition to using membership hours\budget.
NOTE: Due to COVID-19 concerns, we are not offering ANY on-site services at this time. We will review this policy 9/1/21.
